Our Pancetta products are salted and cured slowly and gradually, for up to 6 months.  Mild in flavour, they melt in your mouth, offering something special for true gourmets.
Our Coppa line is made using select Italian raw materials and cured for up to 100 days.  Offering a subtle flavour, they stand out for their great personality and their hints of yesteryears.
Our Bresaola line is made using the finest cuts of beef, in other words the premium hip cut, which is the softer, most prized inner part of the leg.  Trimmed to obtain their unmistakable shape, they are then salted and, finally, cured.

Our Pancetta, Coppa and Bresaola products are gluten-free and dairy-free.
