Roasted chicken breast

From Italian free-range chickens without the use of antibiotics. Only whole breasts, cooked on the grill without a mould, for a product with a very artisanal and rustic appearance, thanks to the external browning, and with a delicate and appetising flavour. Low-fat product (only 2%) and rich in noble proteins. Particularly suitable for the diets of sportspersons and children. It can be eaten as a normal cold cut but also as a second course, for example accompanied by a side of grilled vegetables.
