QUALITY: a hand-processed product in the Bologna mortadella tradition. Made at the Villani facility in Bologna using only carefully trimmed pork shoulder meat, with pork neck fat pieces. The beef bladders are hand-tied.
FLAVOUR: as well as the traditional light mortadella seasoning of fresh garlic and black peppercorns, a pinch of fresh rosemary is added to create a delicious, tasty fragrance and a light flavour. Skilfully combined fragrances for a unique flavour that resembles roast meat.
Dairy-free. Gluten-free. No added polyphosphates. Only natural flavors.
