Pork coppa selected by weight, marinated, naturally smoked with beech wood and then vacuum-cooked at low temperature. Tender and succulent, it comes apart with just a light pressing of the fork. To be enjoyed accompanied by sauces and vegetables or as a filling for tasty sandwiches.
Gluten-free. Without milk derivatives. Only natural flavours.

Recommendations for use: remove the packaging, portion and heat in a pan or microwave, or soak in boiling water and serve as desired. Once the package is opened, protect the product with cling film or aluminium foil and store in the refrigerator.
