Roast beef

Selected cuts of heifer, a very "young" and lean meat characterised by excellent tenderness. It is salted and dry seasoned with natural spices and aromas such as pepper, sage, rosemary and pepper, roasted on the outside and with a pink coloured slice, thanks to the typical English-style cooking in a ventilated oven. A fine roast beef, with a soft texture and a succulent flavour.
