Whole rump of Italian free-range turkeys. The seasoning with an infusion of salt and natural flavours is followed by a double cooking phase: first steam, to preserve the softness of the meat and to give it juiciness, then in a hot air oven, to develop the typical external browning and delicate flavour of the home-made roast. The result is a roasted rump with a compact and highly digestible shape. A product that is low in fat (less than 3%) and rich in noble proteins, particularly suitable for the diets of sportspersons and children. Ideal for the summer season.
