Ancient bolognese recipe
Made from Italian pork, an artisanal product synonymous with the tradition of mortadella. Prepared using the classic cuts of mortadella, shoulders and throats for the lardons, with the addition of ham clearly visible on the slice. The light seasoning with fresh garlic and black peppercorns is enhanced with a pinch of fresh rosemary, resulting in an inviting, appetising aroma and a flavour reminiscent of roast.
Without gluten, milk derivatives and added polyphosphates. Only natural flavours.
