Our historic mortadella. Made only with noble cuts, the Santo is delicate, fragrant and very digestible thanks to the slow cooking in the stove and the light seasoning of fresh garlic. A careful and inviting balance of aromas and a unique taste, for a product that can be recognised even with your eyes shut.
Without gluten, milk derivatives and glutamate. Only natural flavours.
