Our classic Mortadella recipe, enhanced in the mixture with two new ingredients: orange peel and wild fennel flowers. When sliced, the product shows well-distributed pieces of orange peel, immediately recognisable at a glance. On the nose, it releases a fresh, citrusy aroma, enriched by the herbal and delicately balsamic notes of wild fennel.
