QUALITY: a hand-processed product in the Bologna mortadella tradition. Made at the Villani facility in Bologna using only carefully trimmed pork shoulder meat, with pork neck fat pieces.
FLAVOUR: as well as the traditional light mortadella seasoning of fresh garlic and black peppercorns, a pinch of fresh rosemary is added to create a delicious, tasty fragrance and a light flavour. Skilfully combined fragrances for a unique flavour that resembles roast meat.
Dairy-free. Gluten-free. No added polyphosphates. Only natural flavors.
