Selected and controlled pork legs, seasoned with an infusion of spices and natural flavours and the addition of fresh rosemary leaves inside for the filling. After steam cooking, the legs are covered with other rosemary leaves and "dried" in the oven for a slight surface browning. Fresh and inviting aroma, sweet and tasty flavour.
