From meat of Italian pigs selected and processed according to the regulations of the Italian DOP Hunter Consortium. The mixture is seasoned with dry white wine and finely ground black pepper. A salami with a soft, sweet and delicate texture.
Gluten-free. Without milk derivatives. Only natural flavours.
