Fine meat of Italian pigs, born and raised in Tuscany, processed according to the regulations of the Finocchiona PGI Consortium. The mixture is seasoned with wild fennel, pepper and garlic. Slice of pink colour, with an even distribution of lardons, for a salami that is gentle on the palate and with an appetising and distinctive flavour, thanks to the presence of fennel seeds.
