Rubino is made with 100% italian pork selected to obtain a particularly high percentage of lean: in fact, it contains only 13% fat. The mixture is seasoned with white wine and finely ground black and white pepper. A salami with an exceptionally soft texture and a sweet and appetising flavour thanks to the light condiments.
