A product typical of the Parma meat curing tradition, made only from the finest Italian pork, processed in accordance with the strict local rules. In a natural gut casing and hand-tied with string in the age-old way. Cured in the damp cellars used for the famous Culatello, which create its distinctive fragrance and flavour.
Gluten-free. Without milk derivatives.
