Gastronomic excellence from an ancient recipe. From Italian pork leg flavoured with infusions of fresh vegetables, spices and the addition of the "Tredicesima fonte" (Becherovka), a liqueur typical of the Czech Republic distilled with 20 medicinal herbs aged in oak barrels. Large, irregularly rounded slice with external browning. Soft and velvety texture, unique flavour, appetising and with a typical smoky aftertaste.

Free from gluten and milk derivatives.
