Our classic Mortadella recipe, enriched in the mix with new ingredients such as caper, whole-leaf oregano and Peperone di Senise IGP.
When sliced, the product appears well coloured, with ingredients evenly distributed and homogeneously integrated.
On the nose, the aromatic notes of oregano and Peperone di Senise IGP emerge, giving a fragrant and pleasantly Mediterranean profile.On the palate, the oregano reveals an intense yet well-balanced aroma, while the pepper remains delicate. The caper, also well integrated, maintains its typical character without being dominant, contributing to a decisive final sensation.
Free from gluten, dairy products, and added polyphosphates. Only natural flavors.
