Whole Italian male turkey breast, seasoned with natural flavours and honey, cooked in its skin with the addition of only salt and natural flavours. It is vacuum-cooked in cook-in moulds, a method that ensures gradual release of the cooking juices. The process concludes with a “gentle” cooking phase during which the Turkey Breast is left to stand in the warmth to conserve its flavour and consistency. The finishing touch is light roasting to brown the exterior. The flavour is full yet delicate and the texture is soft.
