Truffle cooked ham
Gastronomic excellence from selected and controlled French pork legs. The boning of the thigh is very precise, as for the rump, leaving only the heart of the ham. After a process similar to traditional cooked dishes, it is stuffed with Summer Truffle flakes, also present in the centre of the thigh, and finally tied by hand. The flavour is delicate but heightened thanks to the addition of whole pieces of truffle, visible when cut, which make the fragrance unique. Traditional appearance and a high quality taste.
