A good and large salami
The Rustico is prepared only with Italian pork as trimmings of ham and pancetta, seasoned with black pepper and fresh garlic macerated in red wine. A salami of great visual impact due to its irregular shape, very artisanal, and the “extra large” caliber, which means a large slice. With its bright red colour, it is gentle on the palate thanks to the cuts of meat used, with a sweet and appetising flavour typical of traditional salami. Long seasoning in the cellar.
