IL PRELIBATO COOKED HAM WITH CAPER SAUCE AND HARD-BOILED EGGS

Procedure:

  1. Cook the eggs in cold water and remove after 7 minutes of boiling. 
  2. Cool them, shell them and separate the yolks from the whites.
  3. Chop the capers and gherkins. Finely cut the chives and chop the parsley.
  4. Chop the egg whites and mix them with the capers, gherkins and herbs. 
  5. Add the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the apple first into slices, then into strips, then into regular cubes.
  7. Arrange the dish with the Il Prelibato Cooked Ham and dress it with the sauce.
  8. Crumble the hard-boiled yolk on top and sprinkle with the diced apple. 
  9. Garnish with sprouts to taste.
