Why not prepare a delicious aperitif or a gourmet appetiser to start a special dinner? Here is a quick finger food idea based on Il Gentile Salami and mascarpone. Just a few ingredients and above all a few minutes are all that are needed to make it.

Take two slices of Il Gentile Villani salami and two slices of bread with raisins. Cut out a disc of bread using a pastry cutter. Prepare some fig pulp, 50 g of mascarpone and the shoots in separate bowls, and fill a small glass with 10 ml of Marsala wine. Wet the fig pulp with Marsala. Add the pulp to the mascarpone, then mix until achieving a soft cream. Take a slice of salami, fill with the cream and roll up. Place on the disc of bread and decorate with the shoots.
